Netlify HTML Form Test

This page contains a very basic HTML form intended for Netlify. It submits directly via standard browser behavior (no JavaScript/AJAX).

Instructions:

  1. Deploy this page to Netlify.
  2. Visit this page on your live Netlify URL (e.g., your-site.netlify.app/test-form).
  3. Fill out the fields below and click "Send Test Submission".
  4. Check your Netlify site dashboard under "Forms".
  5. Look for an active form named beratung-popup-ajax-TEST.
  6. Check if your submission appears under "Verified submissions" for that form.
